- Reconstituting and feeding Izzio's starter
- Pre-shaping and shaping the dough

Julienne the red onions.
Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms and slice.
Slice the red peppers.
Slice the mozzarella into strips and then cube.
Sautee the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Place the mozzarella and vegetables on top of the focaccia.
Bake at 450F for 7 minutes.
