Achieved through careful and long fermentation our Ciabatta is simple: flour, water, salt and yeast. Ciabatta is a versatile bread for the table that pairs well with cheese, pasta, fish, chicken, meats and roasted vegetables. It also is the perfect bread to break into chunks by hand and dip in sauces or flavored oils. Cut thick slices for sandwiches or thin slices to toast for crostini rubbed with garlic.
