Our focaccia is made with our naturally leavened sourdough starter and baked in the traditional Italian style, indented with small pockets of olive oil goodness. Flavored with roasted garlic, rosemary and sea salt, this savory flatbread is great on its’ own or top it with your favorite cheese for delicious homemade pizza!

Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture (Wheat Flour, Water), Garlic, Semolina Flour, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Rosemary, Yeast, Malted Barley Flour, Enzymes.

MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA WITH IZZIO FOCACCIA

ROSEMARY GARLIC FOCACCIA PIZZA
with Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms & Mozzarella

Ingredients:

Izzio Rosemary Garlic Focaccia Pizza

3oz Sliced Red Onions

5oz Mini Bella Mushrooms

3oz Mozzarella

Recipe:

  1. Julienne the red onions.
  2. Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms and slice.
  3. Slice the red peppers.
  4. Slice the mozzarella into strips and then cube.
  5. Sautee the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
  6. Place the mozzarella and vegetables on top of the focaccia.
  7. Bake at 450F for 7 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

ROSEMARY GARLIC FOCACCIA PIZZA
with Artichokes, Olives, Ham & Mozzarella

Ingredients:

Izzio Rosemary Garlic Focaccia Pizza

1.5oz Green Olives

2oz of Artichokes (grilled halves in oil)

2oz Ham

3oz Mozzarella

Recipe:

  1. Slice the mozzarella into strips and then cube.
  2. Slice the olives.
  3. Tear the ham into pieces.
  4. Place the mozzarella, olives, and artichokes on top of the focaccia, add the ham.
  5. Enjoy!
